Abstract:
The current national and global economic situation is highly unstable with a high degree of uncertainty due to the martial law and hostilities in Ukraine. This situation can seriously threaten the security of the country, so the role of the risk management process is extremely important in such conditions. This article presents various methods of analysis and risk assessment of business processes in IT-enterprises, as risk management is one of the most important tasks, the solution of which is a key point in the successful functioning of the business entity. For any enterprise it is important to assess and analyze the risks before they emerge. This article presents the sequence of steps in risk analysis and risk assessment. It considers the possibility of using different methods to analyze the risks of business processes, gives an example of methodology implementation for IT-company.
