The features of venture funding as one of the most effective ways of providing financial innovation processes. In Ukraine for the venture business is pretty the wide range of activities, due to the fact, that the investors interested in the industrial restructuring, and new technologies in the small and medium business. Solving problems with weak legal framework significantly contribute to growth trends in venture investment.
