Abstract: The article describes the provisions of the Customs Code of Ukraine with regard to their compliance with regulatory rules of the Kyoto Convention. The author researches the issues of improving the legislation of Ukraine concerning customs procedures in order to implement the standards of the international convention on a larger scale.
