To calculate the stress-strain state of large-sized tires, a hereditary type model based on experimental data is proposed, which allows describing and predicting the behavior of rubber-cord composites at various loading regimes and different temperature levels. Calculated curves and analysis of viscoelastic deformations and displacement fields of the 40.00-57 tire loaded with internal pressure at a temperature field appearing in the tire during while in operation. Analysis of the results shows a significant effect of the viscosity of rubber materials and temperature on the stress-strain state of a large-sized tire. |
