dc.description.abstract	The article is devoted to the Entry Summary Declaration as a means of customs controls and its role in risk analysis in the framework of European defense policy. The Entry Summary Declaration enables customs authorities to obtain all the necessary data concerning goods transported on the customs territory before their actual arrival and therefore gives them possibility to take effective measures for providing safe transportation and trade. Impact of new regulations on Customs authorities and traders was analyzed in the article.	uk_UA
