Geopoliticl tendencies of functioning and development of the youth labor market

Abstract

The features of functioning and development of the youth labor market are considered. The mechanism of the influence of demographic factors on the formation of the number of economically active population is revealed. The processes of natural and mechanical movement of the population and their influence on the formation of the youth labor market are researched. The qualitative demographic characteristics that influence the level of social and labor activity of the labor force, which include the age and gender structure of the population, the level of qualification, and labor mobility of the labor force are analyzed. A structural and comparative analysis of population’s sexual composition was conducted to determine the proportions of its individual age groups. It is concluded that the process of shaping the labor market depends on many factors, we note the main demographic ones: birth rate and mortality, gender-age structure of the population, migration processes, dynamics of population by type of settlement.
