Короткий огляд (реферат):	The article is devoted to research of dynamic development of Customs Service of the Independent Republic of Azerbaijan. The issues of strengthening the legal framework and modernization of the customs service have been analyzed. The principle of “Single window” has been highlighted as the main factor to simplify transport and trade flows. The results of combating illicit trafficking have been shown.
